We were greeted very warmly when we entered, the waiting room was very calming and the receptionists greeted and gave my dog attention, which she loved! The appointment was on time and Millie was well looked after throughout. A much better experience than I have ever had at my previous vets!

A brilliant vet practice that I cannot fault in anyway, from the reception team, nurse team to the vets. It is a warm, friendly and understanding veterinary practice and the available resources of confidence clinics has truly been life changing for my dog. I always feel listened to, I’m asked what is best for my dog when handling and most of all I feel respected with having a nervous dog.
Both my dog and my own anxieties of daunting vet visits have now turned into being optimistic about our visits and seeing the progress we’re making.

We've been with ash tree for almost 9 years and have had consistently great experiences with practice staff, vets and vet nurses. Today was no expectation, I had a couple of different things to talk through about my dog in her health check up today and Juliet took time and care to answer my questions and chat through advice. The care and love of animals shines through from everyone at Ash Tree, we're so lucky to have such a great vets nearby.

I have two pets that attend this practice, and the team at the practice are incredible in how they handle my (sometimes very) anxious pet and his needs. I can really see the difference in how he interacts with them compared to other vets he’s been to previously with my other pet loving going here as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided.

I really appreciate that the vet was happy to come out to see my dog outside as he was a street dog & has lots of triggers two of which are being in enclosed spaces & other dogs he doesn’t know.

I have been a client with Ash Tree Vets for over 10 years with a number of dogs. Despite moving out of the area I still continue to use them as their service is exceptional. I always feel listened to and know they have my dogs best interest at heart. The practice has evolved and grown over the years but has still maintained a high level of care which is extremely important to me as a client. We changed vet’s just over a year ago, after being on a waiting list to join, the difference is beyond compare. We honestly now feel that we are getting care which is reflective of the price we pay. We know that our dog will not be in any discomfort and distress for any length of time as any issues are dealt with swiftly. The fact we travel 12 miles past numerous other vets says it all!
