Emergencies
In an emergency, call the practice on 01638 554477 and follow the instructions in the recorded message.
During opening hours
If you have an urgent or emergency case we will see you without an appointment. Please try wherever possible to give us notice that you are on your way, so we are ready for you.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday from 8.30am to midday. We are closed on Sunday.
When the practice is closed
Always call our normal number, 01638 554477. You will be given information on how to contact our out of hours accident and emergency facility, run from Swayne and Partners in Bury St Edmunds.
They are less than 15 minutes from us along the A14 and are geared up for every emergency, with a team of vets and nurses on site 24 hours a day. Call 01284 701444 and you will be given instructions to obtain the care you need.
The time of day and your pet’s condition will determine the charges for out of hours care. Please discuss this with Swayne and Partners at the time.
