During our normal opening hours consultations are available throughout the day by appointment only. If you have an urgent or emergency case we will see you without an appointment, though please give us notice that you are on your way wherever you can.
We offer a wide range of pre-planned surgical and diagnostic procedures on weekdays. If you have a question about appointments, or would like to book in, call us on 01638 554477.
If you have an emergency when we are closed
Always call our normal number, 01638 554477, and follow the instructions in the recorded message. You will be given information on how to contact our out of hours accident and emergency facility, run from Swayne and Partners in Bury St Edmunds.
They are less than 15 minutes from us along the A14 and are geared up for every emergency, with a team of vets and nurses on site 24 hours a day. Call 01284 701444 and you will be given instructions to obtain the care you need.
The time of day and your pet’s condition will determine the charges for out of hours care. Please discuss this with Swayne and Partners at the time.
